| OFFICIAL TOUR DETAILS & PRICING HURRY - seats are going fast for the upcoming season! Our tours consist of one week periods. Depending on your availability, you can choose how many weeks you want to chase with us! The one week tour offers just the right combination of good severe weather viewing opportunities, without alot of "bust" days. Most of our clients prefer the one week tour to fit their busy schedules. However, we do offer a great deal for two consecutive weeks! If you want to extend your chase time with us and see MORE action, just book as many consecutive tours as you wish. Your week starts on a Sunday and ends on the following Saturday. Those days are your travel days. Actual chase days start on Monday morning and wrap up Friday evening back in Dallas, Tx. Our home base is Dallas, Texas, USA. The DFW airport is one of the largest in the world and offers direct flights to most areas. Last year, most of our tours sold out completely, so please make your reservation quickly! | CANCELLATION POLICY If you decide to cancel for ANY reason at anytime and we are unable to fill your seat with a replacement booking, then you will lose the deposit amount for your tour. If you cancel -within- 60 days of your first tour date, you will lose 50% of the total tour fee. Cancellations within 30 days will lose the entire fee. This policy is STRICTLY enforced. The closer you cancel to your chase week, the less likely we will be able to fill your seat. Contact us if you have any questions. |
